A focused session to assess your space, understand your goals, and determine scope. This fee applies toward your project if we move forward together.
For clients who need guidance across multiple decisions over time — material approvals, layout revisions, contractor coordination.
Technical Drawing & CAD
Detailed technical drawings, space planning, and documentation in Revit, AutoCAD, and Inventor. From a single floor plan to a full permit-ready construction document set, the precision behind the design vision.
As-built work includes on-site field measurement time.
Project Visualization
Photorealistic renderings and 3D walkthroughs in Lumion, built directly from Revit models. Exterior marketing views, interior presentations, aerials, and site plans that communicate design intent before ground is broken.
Built in Lumion from your Revit or AutoCAD files. Includes scene setup, materials, lighting, landscaping, and 2 rounds of revisions. High-resolution deliverables ready for print or web.
Material & Finish Selection
Materials, finishes, and palettes that serve both the vision and the budget. We source, sample, and test until it's right — then document everything in specification sheets your contractor can build from.
Includes sourcing, sampling, and specification sheets. Price depends on number of selections, complexity of finishes, and whether materials are specified from standard lines or custom-sourced.
Space Curation
Selecting and sourcing furnishings, art, and objects that create a cohesive narrative. Not decoration — curation with intention and context. Every piece earns its place.
Includes furniture selection, art sourcing, and object curation. A room with 3-4 key pieces lands at the lower end; a full refit with custom sourcing and vintage finds lands higher.
Decor & Styling
The final layer. Objects, textiles, art — placed so a room feels like it was assembled over years by someone with taste, not arranged in an afternoon by someone with a truck.

All pricing is a starting point for conversation. Every project is scoped and quoted individually based on complexity, timeline, and deliverables.
$500. This ensures every engagement gets the attention and thoroughness it deserves.
Tight timelines are possible. Rush projects carry a 25 – 50% surcharge depending on scope and turnaround.
Projects requiring a licensed architect's stamp or seal can be accommodated through our professional network. We handle the coordination.
